Mahkamah Tinggi Kuala Lumpur announced Datuk Seri Mohamad Nizar Jamaluddin as the real menteri besar Perak after his lost the title as menteri, at the past of febuary.Judger Mahkamah Tinggi Datuk Abdul Aziz Abd Rahim make his statement Nizar did not release the job as menteri because he did not lose the majority of all the Dun wakil rakyat.The Kuala Lumpur High Court today paved the way for a fresh round of battle in Perak by declaring that BN's Zambry Abd Kadir was not the legitimate menteri besar of Perak.
